Industrial Condominium Management
We assisted with the acquisition, due diligence, financing and property management of an industrial condominium development project. Created the business plan and financial models for the condominium's prospectus and disclosure document. Assisted on the design, development and financing of the project. Our sales and marketing program resulted in pre-development sales of all the condominium units and successfully achieved the client's projected return on its investment.
Land Development Management
We assisted with the acquisition, asset management, accounting and tax planning of a 135 acre property in the Greater Toronto Area. We continue to manage the property.
Upscale Lodging Management
We assisted with the acquisition, due diligence, financing and property management of an upscale lodging property on Lake Joseph in Muskoka, Ontario. Created and managed the brand, sales and marketing campaign, rental program and operations of the property. Provided ongoing property management services. After eight years, we led the successful sale of the property achieving the client’s expectations and targeted returns.

We assisted a leading mechanical HVAC and plumbing company with strategic planning, financial systems implementation, budgeting, forecasting and investment of their excess capital.
